Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #650,335! It’s amazing how it went from 400k to 600k in less than a month!
I grew up in México eating fiery snacks like sabritones, pulparindos, pelón pelo rico, etc...

We ate lots of spicy snacks as kids, and then we even put lime, salt and more hot sauce (valentina or tamazula) on top of that. Our stomachs were indestructible back then. I miss my childhood

Any thoughts on Takis Fuego?

Is raining hard in San José (to our wimpy standards) but it is enough to start flooding some streets
I would never spend that much at a hotel, since, to me, the destination itself is the purpose of traveling, exploring all day and then just going to the hotel to take a shower, get some sleep and then go out next day again to explore the city or the area.
Crazy huh? You had to remember like 7 digits per contact back then. 10 if they were not in your area code!

Wow, what kind of prodigious mind could do that?

Ok, quick honest question: If you lost your phone right now, could you call your parents, a relative or significant other to get help?
If anyone needs me I will be in the museum, lying down next to the bog bodies.
Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?
2? Questions
I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?
Is this code for "Buy Stock"?
