A nice 7-2 result in today's Standard Showcase Challenge with Orzhov Lifegain. Tuned the list this the past week, and turns out 2 mana Wedding Announcement with upside is good if you can enable it.

If you want a deck that beats Dimir and Jeskai consistently, and does well vs Simic, look mo further.

Got top 4 and my first ever RC invite in the Vintage Qualifier with Mono White Initiative!!!

I don't play the format at all, and picked Initiative cause it seemed to have a straightworward game plan. Don't think I played super well, but it was good enough.

Couldn't do better than 6-3 in the Standard Showcase. Made a few changes, adding the extra Bezas to the SB, and they paid off vs UW Control and Mono R Dragons.

2-1 (5-2 in games) vs the Boogeyman Cauldron, the matchup continues to be good and the main reason to play the deck

Got the 3rd challenge top 8 in a row with Caretaker after a poor RC qualifier. Decided to try the version which got 5th in that, and it was fine.

Manabase was smoother if anything, and more sweepers lined up well today.
