I truly can't get enough of drawing Velvet, so here she is for Dressuptober

Her outfit consists of a low-cut strapless top underneath a red jacket with a very exaggerated collar, dark red wide-leg trousers with yellow on the bottom and some more yellow stars up one leg, and finally red heeled boots.
