Well, Brexit made them no longer part of the EU shared borders, so they have to monitor visitors. It is also a way to generate revenue since there is a fee associated with the visa.

It feels like drama to hide the fact that Zuck or Musk might get ownership and then it will be around the clock censorship. We need an AT Protocol version of tiktok!

This ban has always felt like censorship.It feels like a way to limit the populations access to independent information and forcing curated media on us via mainstream media . If Zuck gets tiktok knowing, he has eliminated fact checking and anti-bully it is the end of independence.
