This is the 24” prototype of the Unisphere made by US Steel, as seen in the post below. It was likely commissioned for the 1964 #NYWF approval committee prior to them building the large one. It was later given to Tommy Bartlett, who put on a waterski show at the fair.

Gorgeous photo of Walt Disney’s Ford Pavilion loading area at the 1964-65 New York World’s Fair. In the distance behind the line you can see the Auto Parts Harmonic, which I believe was designed by imagineer Rolly Crump.
