Great to have the majority of possession but if we can’t attack crosses, storm forward with drive and pace, make set pieces count, then we create few real chances and lack the belief when they do come. Still in a good place but Kim has work to do #boro

We are a good possession-based team but too many similar players on the pitch who check, turn and play safe. All the opposition have to do is form 2 lines. I think Burgzorg and Sene at least offer some physicality and unpredictability #boro

We’re still in this game. LOTS of edge of the box possession - oh for someone to turn (clatter) defenders and break those lines. Cov still look like they could break and score at any point. We remain hopeful #boro

Another thing Edwards may rue is the fantastic set up #boro have with the Manager having absolute control of the team and the backing of a supportive Chairman. With Wolves he will be ruled over by the Chinese Fosun group and a number of layers of football management and responsibility. His loss.

I’d assume the team will be managed by Watling today but it will be a stern challenge as the Blue noses have had a couple of 4-0 wins and are in great form. Time for the leadership group in the #boro squad to stand tall. Does Leadbitter play a role?

I’m resigned to seeing Edwards jump ship for the ‘Big Club’ move (ahem) and I have mixed feelings. He obviously ignited something to get us off to a great start but these last few games have shown a decline in confidence / performance and he didn’t seem to have the answers. So we move on #utb
