Hello new followers 👋 I wanted to take a moment to explain what I'm doing here and how all this works. This project originally centered around #iwd but as many companies have not moved here from Twitter, there were fewer copy paste platitudes. That's ok, as I still have a plan to share pay gaps.
The median gender pay gap at Uisce Éireann is 4.13%. In 2023 the gap was 10.45%. The median bonus gap is 6.88%

The median gender pay gap at Sanmina is 15.49%. In 2023 it was 46%.

The median bonus gap is 79.86%.

The median gender pay gap at Insomnia is 0.54% (essentially pay equity). In 2023 it was 1.16%.

The bonus gap is 2.78%.

The median gender pay gap at Bord Gáis is -2%. In 2023 it was -4.8%. The median bonus gap is 7.7%

In 2023, the median gender pay gap at Pieta was -3.02%. Pieta have not yet linked or provided a 2024 report, nor confirmed that they were not obliged to report in 2024, despite multiple queries.

The median hourly pay gap at Uisce Éireann is 4.13%. In 2023 it was 8.97%.

The median hourly pay gap at Supermacs is 1%. Supermacs have not yet provided their report for 2023 and 2022, despite repeated queries.

The median hourly pay gap in Intel (combined) is 7.3%. For Intel R&D it is 33.3%, and for Intel Ireland it is 7.8%.
