Well, that was a waste of an afternoon… despite me providing the details of my valve when I was referred, and again when the appointment came through the all important file note for the radiographer wasn’t appended… so no scan today… #chd #achd #heartvalve #mri

Vagaries of credit counting are finally banished… I have done over 50 #parkrun volunteer sessions either at @crosbyparkrun or Derby Park Juniors… a puny amount compared to some, but hope it helps!

A strange thought hits me as I have had a bit of a lay-in, going somewhere new for breakfast, contemplated a day with limited exposure to sand! Is this how those poor people spend Saturday, you know the ones, those who don’t do @parkrunuk ! it is very strange… on to 400 next week (fingers crossed 🤞)
