The 2008 global financial crisis was not caused by the subprime mortgage crisis, in which case the banks took possession of the homes in default, but by fraudulent packaging by banks of the subprime loans into AAA bonds sold globally which suddenly lost most of their value.

Worsened by the US's abrupt withdrawal of USAID aid to the most desperate. As further sign of the depravity of the American Christians in the Trump administration, food & other aid already shipped and near delivery was deliberately destroyed to make sure no one got it.

Even Trump in 2016 said he could stand at the corner of 5th Ave and shoot someone and still not lose voters. It doesn't matter what Trump does or how ludicrous the GOP accusations & excuses are, the same people tend to always vote Republican regardless.

$100K seems excessive for an H-1B visa but recall that the US Chamber of Commerce also sued New Mexico when it implemented the E-Verify program which interfered with the Chamber's membership's hiring of undocumented labor paid low wages under the table to avoid labor laws.
