Black women are 2.3x more likely to die in pregnancy or childbirth. This must end.

Our report calls for change and for Black women’s voices to be heard.

I joined @pcr-uk.bsky.social in Parliament for the launch of their new report calling for a targeted prostate cancer screening programme.

Early detection saves lives, and with prostate cancer being the most common cancer in Black men, we cannot afford to wait. #ProstateCancer

It was so important to learn more about their vital work, especially the Severe Weather Warning Service.

Understanding these alerts 'yellow, amber, and red' is crucial for keeping our communities safe and prepared.

@robertjenrickmp.bsky.social’s reckless and divisive comments about Handsworth, calling it a “slum”, are nothing more than a poor tribute act to Reform.

He reduces people to their skin colour, when the real issue has been 14 years of Conservative govt that has run communities into the ground.
