I was just smiling with the comments. For some reason, it put me back into POST (towards the end & planning a party) when we all chatted at times not about the "Orange nasty guy" and fear for the country. Snot, cooties, dunking for apples, just made me smile. I think we need another party.

OMG...I forgot the locker room. That seems like a creepy initiation. BTW, maybe that dunking for apples was really some Evangelical baptism of the innocents. Personally, I don't think an apple with other loser kid's bite marks is worth it.

A lot depends on what our Halloween costumes were. If a boy dressed too girly and put his face in the water, he would become gay. And, the reverse for a girl who may have dressed as a cow"boy" or a race car driver. You just never know what's in that water. Don't even mention cooties.

Another month of walking for me. October got 225 miles. Sept was 215 so the year is starting out ok. 440 miles.

I admit to being a good recycler. But, some boxes make me say, "this is a really nice box. I might need it for something." But, the trying on clothes not in a dressing room is a no...although I would walk around a bit in a new shoe. Still..

No..the toilet and the sink look very new and white. The walls, sort of a teal, easily painted a different color. Room to store secrets. 40s? "modern" 50s had dark green toilets, sinks & green tile. Marble shower? Should have a handsome chrome or pewter faucet, not the faux/real? gold one. Cost??

This morning, Patty's Cove "hosted" quite a crowd for breakfast. Plenty of room for smooth landings. Zoom in and you'll notice that some enjoyed more "private" seating. Hope you all have a safe Halloween and a calm, loving weekend. I think a new crowd will arrive in the morning. True Snowbirds.

First, good morning, BSers. 2nd, have a safe Halloween..For me, being retired and now, even the Grands (4 out of 7 are out of HS) it's basically just Friday here. I'm very sure I've "tested" enough candy for a lifetime. So, with 3 kids 7 grands, I'm done.

You always present food so beautifully. The pottery "hefty" bowl is perfect. The soup in that bowl says..a hearty fall meal. Yum.

Why do all these R women get the distorted, swollen, duck lips? I know the Mar A Lago look, but so weird. Can't imagine when they are older. Like a lovely dolphin tattoo that looks like a python by the time they are old. UGH. I know shallow..still..ugh.

Blame others"not their fault" just as their faux child king always has done. Never ending his entitled, spoiled brat but without love, empty life. First parents and paid fixers. Now, the Rs & owners. Allowing him entitled, entertained. Put on stage by puppet masters. "Do this & you can play king."

As some know, my pup, Brogan/Bro decides whether we will walk to Patty's cove in the early morning or evening. If he thinks the coyotes are still out, he plants his feet and will not head down.Today, mother nature turned on the million watt light bulb. We made it to the cove before the sun got shy!

I thought the trees were as "brilliant" this year, but the sun hitting the leaves on our morning walk was definitely a WOW!! Beautiful teamwork for sun and trees.
