My neighbor has an amazing quince tree but does not cook so I’m free to take as many as I like. Currently making dulce de membrillo.

Trois Beaux Oiseaux Du Paradis (Three Lovely Birds from Paradise) is the second movement of a set of three songs that was written by Ravel in response to World War 1, whilst he was waiting to be drafted.
