I truly don't get what's so goddamn hard about this for podcasters (he's the second semi-prominent one I've seen having a meltdown over this). Find someone else to run. There are plenty of people without Nazi tattoos who would be fine candidates. We have a whole year.

My stance (so obviously the correct one) is I hope he’s grown as a person, he’s owed grace as a person if he’s shown he wants to change, but from a purely politics point of view, it’s good this came out in the primary because his campaign sure doesn’t seem built to win right now

I think they’re both bad, but I’d be more comfortable with where the Democrat opposed to the filibuster stands on “not killing minorities” thing than the Nazi tattoo guy. Maine should probably have a good candidate that doesn’t fall into either camp

Yeah, like if you are doing even a bit of running every day it’s not going to be a dealbreaker, but you can’t just jump off the couch and do it. I could easily do it when I was doing daily cardio but man, my fat ass now would be dropping at half a mile

“Do you know who his opponent is?” I mean yeah, an old lady who is a pretty run of the mill Dem, could be better, could be worse. We’ve reached the point where people legitimately think “old person in politics” is worse than “Nazi curious” and there needs to be some kind of medication for that
