I keep a dead account on Twitter. Never post, never like, just wallflower.

In the last 6 months in particular it has become an absolute cesspit of hatred. There is no nuance, no kindness, no acceptance of anything that might differ from the alt-right narrative.

This is instructive. I suspect the same proportion of wealth distribution is happening in Australia.

The/we old farts are hanging onto the property, benefitting from the negative gearing and tax breaks.

The alt-right will capitalise on the anger generated.
