This Q, in the Bluesky spirit, is not meant to be contentious. In a convo w/a friend as we lamented the Pres election outcome, he maintained that DT & KH are equally morally unacceptable. I never got a coherent reason from him. Can anyone explain how DT & KH are EQUALLY morally unacceptable?

For those wanting to know more about lectio divina, here's a video we posted a year ago on our church website, as we are encouraging our folks to do lectio on the "to be preached" text the week prior. Hope some find it helpful:

My approach for daily liturgy:
- brief address prayer to the Father
- borrowed prayer, usually from Valley of Vision
- Read chapter of scripture, choose a few verses for Lectio Divina.
- 15 mins of non-scripture reading, currently Begin Again by Eddie Glaude
- Closing prayer
Takes abt 60 mins
- brief address prayer to the Father
