It took me a bit to get used to it. I push down on the plastic actuator to release tension then the small flat head can fit in the e-clip gaps and twist. I think I learned it from the SRK Forums a while back.

I've always just used a small flat head to "twist" slightly and the clips will come out slowly. Then use some smaller channel locks to "click" them back on. It works pretty well once you get used to it.

Traded some junk for a non working MVS 2 slot (Same model that's in my Goldie). With a little work, I found some broken traces and some cold solder. Ran some jumpers and did some reflow, and we now have a working board! Always feels nice bringing something back from the dead! #arcade #repair #neogeo
