This is wonderful. could the number of these yellow-box junctions be increased dramatically?
was 13.5 k at around 6:45pm
And for the children (and adults) needing to get to school safely in the morning, filters near St Mary Magdalene Academy are long overdue.
This is a nice letter. As someone who walks (and increasingly cycles) in the area and sleeps in the northern part, I still think several filters in the plan are indispensible. E.g. Cross traffic on Islington Park St and Barnsbury St are major sources of congestion on both Liverpool Rd/Upper St.
nice. Anecdotally, it’s been feeling somewhat busier post-strike than pre- and it wouldn’t be surprising to me if numbers were up 10-15%
that must be a decent number for a friday in september
fantastic news. this will change my commute and bring Marylebone into my orbit
Tube strike week completely distorted my sense of what is normal. This week *feels* like more cyclists than usual (pre-strike) but it's hard to tell
Awesome, more like this!
It is finally done! We rode past here today
we found a set these cycle maps in a charity shop -- they're not the most useful. but they do explain some of the cycle signage out there.
cycled by here today. so close to being ready and could be so useful

Helsinki (pop 657,000) has not had a single traffic death during the last twelve months.

The charming chirp it makes, like frogs at night, is almost an advertisement that you don't have to pay
And now it sounds like the amendments have been defeated
Listening to the committee today, perhaps I'm being overly optimistic, but it seems worst case will be averted? "This government does not believe a complete ban on floating bus stops is appropriate"
Why is this specific and nuanced issue even being considered by a parliament for a country of 68 million people? Why not local authorities or public bodies with actual expertise? And why do they not think to ask how it is done in other countries with much higher disabled bus ridership.
It's the most traffic jams I've experienced in the month using this route.
The aggregate wages are probably higher than a single superstar too. But probably they individually retain value with their lower salary?
It is absolutely teeming w/ people
this development is so brilliant in person -- the permeability, architecture, and plaza areas have all surpassed my expectations. i hope the folks who worked on this are hired elsewhere in London. I wish they also did Battersea Power Station
The most glorious thing about the pictures are that they have one bike in it, making clear the vast inefficiency of on street car parking
