Zone 2 running - improves stroke volume, fat burning efficiency, and endurance. The ego takes a hit at the beginning because walking may be required. Stick with it and get faster. If you can run and talk it's zone 2. #running #fitness

Bad weather required indoor running today. Tried the Orangetheory Everest workout.

. Start on 2% incline
. Increase 1% every minute until reaching 15%
. At 15% decrease by 1% until reaching 2% start
. All out on 1% for 1 minute to finish
Farthest distance wins.
