I say this every day. More minerals (less sugar), plant food (not processed), move like you have to walk 10,000 steps to town every day like your ancestors did, and make time for rest (and nervous system regeneration)...
We wouldn't have 90% of the problems we have. But I'm looking in a mirror rn.

What do you make of ppl who have antibodies >2500 after 24 months with no booster? My immunologist indicated my MCAS/POTS SF neuropathy may have been caused by the vaccine, and I was really sick for a while-have not (that I know of) had COVID...
They told me I should NOT have another.
So I mask...

100% I can't wait! I have never liked a group of people on the internet more. I feel like we find ourselves here bc of weirdness, also bc we are attracted to the kind of people Greg & Dana are. Fun, no BS, & really good-hearted.

And what is becoming more frequent, that so many don't know about, is "Post Viral Illness" aka Post Viral Syndrome" or "post-acute infection syndromes"-basically Long-COVID but it can happen from other viruses as well. And people can become severely disabled, for years, or permanently. Mask up all!!
