I’ve also been prepping Mac & cheese every week with a sauce base that’s made of cottage cheese. I add diced chicken to it too!

A couple of chicken drumsticks (with the skin) are almost 60g of protein alone depending on the weight (not including the bones)

An easy one for me is buying some pre-diced chicken in the frozen section and adding those to my meals! Doesn’t taking long to heat it up in the skillet.

A less popular way (that I like) is protein cereal. I get the Premier Protein chocolate cereal and I honestly love it. I get 50g from one bowl

Thanks!! I have two upper body days a week and during those days I do 3 sets till failure on the pull-up assist machine! I’m mainly focused on building muscle but the machine helped get a feel for the execution of the movement :)
