Old comic from 2020 appears on Bluesky!
*stadium crowd cheering noise*

The awkward-winning Demon Bot Comic is here, with small adjustments and complete new art.
*crowd spontaneously breakdance*

And it's all free!
*It's for the exposure. That's what I'm apparently eating tonight*

It's weird how I keep reading AI is awful for most jobs and many began backtracking but I keep seeing AI ads in any object and business solutions to a point it feels you're being left behind as if it's really been going forward for a while. There's like a disconnect here.

Artists on computer : I resized small but we can still appreciate the detail work of the strokes if somewhat less crisp.
At least, in full screen mode although that too blurs it more.

Average user on bsky: 📱bitsy tiny screen

Tried to tweak my brush that had tilt to be a little less unpredictable. It's still wild sometimes but I can better determine the threshold when it gets thick (fast). So I've been testing it out yesterday and now.

So far it's been an improvement. Serviceable for more than organic texture.

I was thinking about "Weird Science Detective Office Metroidvania" earlier, so I could surmise that it is where the weirdness comes from.

I am so regularly frustrated that I don’t come up with cool art that makes me giddy with excitement and satisfaction.
Also I COULD just go back and practice mastering the styles that end up my favorite among the random things I drew(I forget I can), but ain’t always easy to do so surprisingly enough

Yeah well. That's not exactly constructive towards my plans and goals but hey sure. Here. Another drawing thing.

...it's time to think projects and business again.
Now if only I could focus on a direction. Patreon does have to come first just so it's finally setup and I have like this recurring side thing to attend to and have fun exploring with that may help pay internet bills or something.

horrible idea # 34, 272:
AI doing suggestive auto-correct overlays on art, so you can just follow the lines/strokes with expected result displayed, instead of thinking about your shapes, and feel like you drew it, like number painting or cake mixes.

Was reading a bit of euro comic Requiem this morning and, while the style doesn't exactly appeal to me at first glance, as I was reading it was really popping up and it was actually impressive and enjoyable.
I've had that phenomenon a few times: off-putting style, relax into story, find visual great

The thought about sponsor came from writing brush names used here and a on a recent doodle. Always like the aesthetic of adding a title on an image, visually. Cover or poster. It's just seared into my brain. It's a promise of something, a quest, an opportunity.
but it's just selling stuff.

I'm still waiting for a Blu-ray release of "Coo of the Far Seas" (1993).
There is an HD master, but it's only broadcast on television in Japan occasionally.
