Here's my first attempt at making kao fu with shawarma seasoning. Seared some veggies and the kao fu and spread some garlic hummus for the sandwich. I think I let the kao fu proofed too long 😣. 7AM - 2:45PM.

This is my first post. I made vegan kimchi a few days ago. I didn't have white miso so I used fermented bean curd. I wonder if the cooked glutinous rice flour changed the gochujang from red to orange 🤷🏻‍♀️?
