Encourage local ranchers to sell direct to consumers. Eat seasonally. Create CSA’s & community gardens (Victory gardens from WWI).

Produce more food locally, not as much commodities. With the reduction in farm labor, communities will need to support farmers to produce products they need locally.

China’s hyper efficient LLM tech uses smaller machines that do not require the huge electric & fresh water inputs of the huge U.S. types. Ours will be obsolete - eating up land, raising electric prices, using gal. of precious fresh water and getting obscene tax breaks making the rich more $$.
