The eyes & mouth do most of the moving to simulate face angles. So if you recolor the head, markings on that layer won't move with them; they'll just remain mostly static.

Even if you're NOT a L2D rigger, you can still customize this by recoloring the textures! (I've included a PSD and instructions for this.)

You can also make PNG assets to stick onto it in VTS! 💡

However, I recommend AGAINST markings that are meant to move with the face.
