Thanks to kokeo1, the VR Mode for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, exclusive to PlayStation 4, is now playable on PC as a flat screen mission mod!

Expect some issues as it's still WIP.

The #AceCombat Trilogy HUD Upgrade now supports Ace Combat Zero!

Now all 3 of these classic PS2 titles can now be played with HUD that's 8x the resolution of the original, making them look at home on modern displays.

Note: weapon-status icons are currently not possible to implement due to PCSX2 limitations.

However, the art assets are complete and if PCSX2's texture replacement feature is brought up to par with other emulators, they will be added to the game.

Happy to announce the HUD Upgrade for #ACECOMBAT 04 is now available!

This mod replaces the in-mission HUD and Icons with new HD textures, making ACE04 look at home on modern high resolution displays.

Work on ACE5 and ACEZ is now in progress!

Hopefully! It's a much narrower scope of project than the PSP games, for now just the HUD. AC04 is almost ready, then onto 5 and Zero.

If PCSX2's texture replacement feature improves to the level of Dolphin and PPSSPP, font, menu and UX may be able to be done as well.

I've updated the Ace Combat X HD Texture pack

Added textures for Alect Squadron XFA-33 & S-32, landing ship, ageis, and small container ship. Improved scenery object textures for Griswal map, and various fixes.

Have added a brief guide to making Project Wingman skins using the new modding pipeline; superostrich.xyz/pw.html#guides

It's extremely simple, just export your texture as a PNG file, name it correctly, and drop it into the skins folder; the game will make a new skin slot for it in the hangar!
