One might ask why Petri doesn't spend more of her budget on hiring actual test subjects instead of using all her inventions on herself and her assistant. Maybe budgeting just isn't her strong suit? Or patience and subtlety, for that matter? That'd explain how situations like this keep happening...

ever since I made my OC Birdbrain, I've wondered what its origins are... I came up with a few ideas but couldn't decide which one I liked best, so I'm going to present all of them as theories!
this is Theory 1 - Magical Means... ✨✨✨

I alone am brave enough to ask "what if there was a slutty bimbo terrorbird kind of guy?" and, now here we are 🦩🦩🦩

a reference sheet for a creature called Birdbrain, also known by the scientific name Megapavo ridiculus. it is described as "dumb & friendly," "caked tf up," having "delectable thighs & breasts" and "tasty meat, too." Visually, it is a long-necked bipedal cartoon creature resembling a large flightless bird mixed with a dinosaur, with some mammalian features thrown in - namely, a big bouncy rack, a belly button, and a shapely ass and thighs. Its feathers are in various shades of pink, with skin & claws in shades of orange, yellow and pale green. It waves cheerfully at the viewer with one short wing, grinning with an open mouth showing off sharp teeth.
