Is it CONCERNING that we continue to see many JRPGs moving towards mobile gaming? With franchises like Suikoden, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy going mobile, we can’t help but ask: is this actually warranted or are we witnessing these beloved IP mutate into something wrong?

Happy release day! This Monday I'll be streaming Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga as my first ever arena fighting game! This genre is a little outside my wheelhouse but I'm always there for anything Falcom so it'll be interesting to see how it goes as a JRPG fan 😊

We're seeing a rise of AI channels who steal footage & scripts from creators with no actual personal gaming experiences of their own. No thanks, this not content I'm interested in. It's soulless & often gets things wrong. Not to mention all the fake games in their thumbnails 🫠

I don't like making videos like this, but If we don't stand up to the plague of AI and stolen content it's only going to get worse. It's blatant stolen content, blatant AI slop, blatant misinformation and it has to stop - today I'm putting my foot down.
