My aunt would host Thanksgiving, and she loved to entertain people, but she wasn't much of a cook. She would order a Thanksgiving meal and fail to reheat something (cold soup one year, cold turkey another, cold matzo balls in the soup, etc...). There was only one item that always came out right...

I'm sure I'll find out about it a bit later, but is there a reason that the cases in the news today were dismissed without prejudice rather than with?
