49 politicians from outside the ACT have declared owning second residences in Canberra and nearby Queanbeyan. Incredibly, they are entitled to a travel allowance of $318 for every night they stay in their own home on parliamentary business.

Here's a great documentary about the collapse of Scale Facilitation and its misuse of $76m in taxpayer funds. The founder David Collard flew Peter Dutton to Scale's New York office in 2022 at company expense, though it seems taxpayers picked up the tab.
