An anime I remember actually sitting down and watching when I was younger, yet at the same time I know next to almost nothing about the actual story. Mainly just a handful of the characters, especially this one! I should rewatch it soon

Oh the good ol days of my youth. Where I started my journey into digital greatness, and experienced my first LAN party during the 3rd installment. This game will always be an important part of my life. Never forget.

With how much I enjoyed the show back then, this guy both confused me, and astounded me so much that I liked him a lot despite his bare bones role. I just love him that much!
