1. Fry 1 chopped onion and 1 crushed clove garlic in a little oil for 3 minutes. Add 1lb raw minced beef and cook stirring until browned.
2. Add 8oz.can tomatoes. 1 tablespoon tomato puree, pinch of oregano, salt and pepper and bring to boil.
3. Stir in the Lea & Perrins (2 tablespoons)
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Cook 12oz. spaghetti as directed. Serve sauce poured over individual portions of spaghetti, sprinkle with grated cheese. Serves 4.

Amazing, isn't it?
How a seemingly impossible task often
turns out to be a doddle. In the case of tape,
cassettes have proved notoriously difficult in
finding the start of a track.
They have never matched the ease that
record tracks can be picked out or skipped.
But, now, it's a cinch with Pioneer's
music search. It operates by using the blank
spaces which separate each selection.
Slap in a cassette, if it begins playing
mid-selection, you can move on and start the
next track. And if the following track is worth
a miss, simply zoom to the next.
