Hmm... everyone loves Israel again today is a bit of a stretch. 67k dead Palastinians and a territory looking like a hellscape...it's got a lot of making up to do before it's back in my good books.

Netanyahu can start by opening Israel to dislocated Palastinians waiting for reconstruction.

My enemy's enemy doesn'thave to be my friend. He's still a thuggish, tax avoiding, climate-denying boor. The fact he bought his Brexit affected farm to avoid tax after a career dismissing the climate impact of the internal combustion engine should not be forgotten.

This is why we need the equivalent of Ireland's Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) with the power to seize personal assets derived from criminal acts (subject to a court order, on the balance of probability and even if they have been gifted away). Fraudulently marking goods as CE is a criminal act.

I steadfastly refuse to use any of these platforms. I'd rather the slight inconvenience of collecting my own dinner and know 100% of my money ends up in the takeaway's till. Same goes for Uber, Air BnB and Booking dot com.

Indeed, but Johnson charged through and blocked the door from being closed again. Had Johnson not opted for self-interest over national interest (and what he truly believed) I think the referendum would have gone the other way and the Tory party would not be in the current state of collapse.

TBH I think the charlatan that destroyed the Tories was Johnson. I don't believe for one minute he wanted Brexit but having submitted the article he did he felt complelled to follow through or admit he was wrong. Hollowing out the party of anyone except Brexit absolutists is all his work.
