Gleichzeitig ist vollkommen klar, dass das Ganze nichts mit Rassismus zu tun hat. Denn Spahn und Merz erwähnen nicht die Juden - anders als Goebbels am 20.8.1941 in seinen Tagebüchern: "Berlin muß eine judenreine Stadt werden (..) Sie verderben nicht nur das Straßenbild, sondern auch die Stimmung."
