honestly my only real reaction to that Boys trailer is finding it odd that they would entertain anything Butcher says after the pretty definitive way he burned his bridge with them at the end of the last season

A while ago it really hit me just how much the ending of the Expanse novels is basically a big response to Mass Effect's ending. The way the Destroyers are handled, the REDACTED of the REDACTED and the very *idea* of galaxy wide decisions being made by 1 person needs consequences

I once got in an argument with a Norwegian coworker who said that America never created any real culture. I pointed out things like jazz and he was like “but really that’s African and Caribbean,” so finally I landed on ranch dressing, and I am proud to confirm that we got that goin for us

It was pretty shameful how the Fuuto Police Department was so ineffective in the face of a mysterious cartel distributing USB drives that could turn people into literal monsters and the people of the city had to rely on a local PI and the amnesiac kid living in his garage

I DO want to say that the ad placement in this was hilariously foul. The ending, the big final button on Khan, essentially Nicholas Meyer's final statement on him as a character and as a *human being* is IMMEDIATELY followed up by the Ryan Reynolds Mint Mobile ad

Star Trek: Khan - Firstly, Naveen kills it as Khan. Straight up. I was skeptical of The Big Turn but they execute it very well and use it to make one real heart stab of an ending. Definitely adds a nice new layer to Khan as a character that'll color future viewings of WoK for me
