Depression sucks. Like I know my life is pretty good, sure there are problems, everyone has some, and there are many worse off, i feel guilty about it. which compounds and adds and the well just deepens while the surface is further away. i very much dislike being broken

Ugh! The sciatic pain has returned. It's been about 2 weeks now... I thought losing weight was supposed to alleviate this! I'm down 60+ and the pain just came back!
Any tips or stretches for sciatic pain, let me know! It's like lightning down my leg and around my knee!
