Absolutely! Despite the silly hee-hoo meme edit I do commend Matt for having a license that allows a free rules compendium and the ability to put said rules content onto a VTT platform. Makes no sense to have a tabletop game and not have a free and accessible way to onboard people to it.

Yup, the compendium is why my group bought the starter adventure to try it. Honestly free rules access are why I buy a lot of my games nowadays...
That and great GM tools like the Without Number games have.

I take issue with Draw Steel's ancestries being all funny-colored humans so here are my Objectively Correct™ replacements for them.
(The medieval tapestry artwork in the books is extremely good and I vibe with it)

Same here. While I'm an OSR sort of bunny, I got my start with 4e and I genuinely think a lot of its design is stuff that should be studied and used in other games.
The Game System License that was shackled to it? Not so much.

If I run Starfinder 2e I don't think I'll have Golarion disappear with the gap. In my canon, I'll just leave this imagery in full view of Absalom Station as it orbits around the still-twitching corpse of Rovagug.

The broken remains of Golarion with the artist's interpretation of Rovagug hatching from it. The creature has been pierced through by a massive spear of possibly divine origin. In the foreground is Absalom Station, built around the starstone that powers it.
