It has suddenly occurred to me that when I eat lunch at my kitchen counter, with headphones on, listening to YouTube videos, I probably look like an Oblivion character eating food, but slightly more articulated...
I don't know if I should be upset or not.

The citizens are unbothered.

A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of the player looking at an unconscious Countess of Leyawiin, who is notable for being racist. The player is holding up the Sword of the Crusader, which is glowing a faint orange, with a gauntleted hand, on a mound of grassy dirt, next to a tree and some rocks, off the edge of a cobblestone walkway in the town of Leyawiin, on a foggy day. There are two shop off in the distance.

You know what. Screw it. I don't know all that much about the lore from TES. I've barely read the in-game books (I'm working on that), and I don't like MMO format gameplay for fantasy games, so I've barely touched ESO.
I swear to you that I will get some of the lore wrong ON PURPOSE for a joke! :P

There are few differences between Orc culinary traditions and their burial traditions.

The problem is, I like posts going up at 12 pm my time, and I'm not always at my computer or free at that time, especially if I land this job. So I need something that can post automatically at that time.

As SOON as I posted it manually the website caught up and posted the image. WOW. I really hope Blue Sky adds native post scheduling soon. :(

The 3rd party website I use to schedule posts here is being stupid. It usually posts images late by like 4 or 6 minutes, but it was supposed to upload today's loading screen about 45 minutes ago, and still says it's "processing" and will upload as soon as it finishes.
I posted today's joke manually,

and I'll just delete the second one as soon as I catch it after it goes up.

I know THREE trans women, who are furries, and are named Jade. I can only assume I'm on a quirky Oblivion-esque side quest or something. I'm guessing that once I've gathered all 20 of them, we're going to meet in a field and fend off a horde of goblins.

That's two trans women I know in the Elder Scrolls / Social Media space... You're not also a furry named Jade, are you? Because there might be a stereotype.

Wait... @uesp.net Did you know this?

I have learned a thing! :D
So, as you may know, I noticed a while ago that classic Oblivion's UI font is a 125% horizontally stretched out version of the font "Kingthing's Petrock", but with custom "E", "G", and "g" characters. Apparently, the "E" and "g" are from the font "Morris Roman". :D

Martin Septim:
Should the battle go ill, I brought my stash of Argonian… “romance” novels with me. Do not show them to Jauffre, and burn them unless you intend to keep them.
#TheElderScrolls #Oblivion
A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of the player talking with one of the main NPCs: Martin Septim, voiced by Sean Bean. He is wearing an ornate, gold-trimmed, filigree version of standard Roman-looking Imperial Guard armor, though without a helmet. It is dark, at night, and he is standing on a dirt and snow-covered hill.

Emperor Uriel Septim:
While I must flee for my life right now, I will not hesitate to invert your elbows a third time if you keep asking me about lowering the basic cost of living. Enjoy your free, lewd Argonian illustrations and stand aside.
#TheElderScrolls #Oblivion
A screenshot of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, of the player talking to Emperor Uriel Septim in their prison cell at the very beginning of the game. There is a cobblestone wall behind the emperor with hand shackles hanging from the wall by chains. The emperor is an old white man with shoulder-length grey hair, wearing purple robes with white fur around the shoulders, and a gold amulet with a large red, diamond-shaped gem in the center, surrounded by smaller circular rainbow-assortment gems (The Amulet of Kings). He has an annoyed or angry look on his face.

Most Daedric runes on scrolls or engraved into enchanted equipment are just the relevant copyright information or serial numbers.

So I tried The Elder Scrolls: Battlespire.
I made my character and class, spawned into the world, tried to figure out the controls, figured out the arrow keys move you, accidentally walked off a cliff, fell into lava, died, it restarted the game, and it didn't make a save after character creation.
