Our OAG team joined Civic Works’ Day of Service at Mother’s Garden in Clifton Park. They worked alongside community volunteers to clear brush, remove invasive plants, and restore this historic five-acre space created in 1926 to honor mothers in Baltimore.

Today I announced that a Pennsylvania man pled guilty to cheating Maryland construction workers out of wages they earned. Instead of paying the legally required rate, he falsified payroll records and pocketed the difference. My Office will continue to hold employers accountable
