As the East Wing of the White House gets torn down to make room for Trump’s $200m, 999 seat ballroom, it’s a metaphorical image of the destruction he is carrying out against the country. The First Lady normally uses the East Wing for her offices. The present one obviously doesn’t need the space.

I’m glad this is being covered. Federal judges have been warning us as best they know how. When I looked into this back in June, I found dozens of cases where judges suggested that the Trump administration’s conduct was untrustworthy or acting in bad faith.
