Imara really only has Astarion's bite marks on her neck, because she heals wounds well & cleanly thanks to Bhaal's changes to her body. Since Astarion bites her daily & usually in the same spot, those eventually become permanent scars. She wears them proudly.

Imara is very practical so there would be clothes, potions, medical supplies, food, etc.

But she'd also have small trinkets she collected. It's a tradition of hers; to take a small item from wherever something important happens to her or someone she loves.
