Surgery is done, for now. There were complications which means a second surgery in a couple months to put everything back as it should be.

It's our last day in the Disneyland bubble and the somber feeling has hit. Though as much as I will miss being here, I miss my pupper and my bed a lot more. Red eye flight tonight so we won't be home until tomorrow morning.

Last park day in the Disneyland bubble and I have to say, while I am hurting like crazy but I have had a blast. We took yesterday slowly, nabbed a few rides and met a bunch of characters. Going to do the same today in DCA.

These cast members know how to bring the magic. @shinopuppy.bsky.social and I went down to the broken spell lounge for a bite and a drink and we got surprised with a dessert to help us celebrate our wedding. I don't care what your opinions are of disney, the people are the ones who make the magic.
