I’m locked in on the grassline like I’m chasing browns in Montana… meanwhile the redfish are probably cruising somewhere completely random just to humble me.

I didn’t pack for Wyoming’s spring mood swings, so I had to wear every layer I brought… plus a few from my guide (MVP status).
The wade fishing was incredible and I cannot wait to get back out there this year.

This little shrimp pattern takes me right back to Amelia Island, where a guide gave me my first shrimp tying lesson after a day on the flats. Learning on the water, tying back at the bar—doesn’t get much better than that.

It’s giving... middle school flashbacks when I was ferociously bullied. But guess what? I survived middle school (as a student, teacher, AND principal!).
