Alhaitham kisses Cyno. We cut to a flushing Cyno as Alhaitham drifts back to sleep and mumbling, "thank you..." Cyno's eyes half-lid in happiness.

Cyno snuggles closer into Alhaitham's hold, his gift on the bed just below them. He thinks, "I guess I can rest for a while." Final panel is back to an exterior of Alhaitham's house with Cyno saying, "Happy Birthday Alhaitham."
