The original digital art posted on Reddit that the pixel art is based on, featuring Frieren also looking up while having more realistic proportions, although her chin/jawline is very messed up, making the face look small. u/SpaceDev1 (the original artist) mentions below how they "practiced drawing faces in a different angle, but it looks kinda weird lol" Go support the original artist at Reddit!
