I’m honestly shocked it went so well I’ve had nonstop streak of just awful therapist, doctors it makes me want to cry when I find a good one

They have fidget toys and board games and none of those god forsaken fluorescent lights they have the warm lamp lights and soothing music oh my god that’s the most relaxed I’ve felt at a therapist office before

And it really ticks me off that my past doctor refused to refer me to one I’ve heard of like pain specialist helping really resistant depression and it would help my other issues a lot too and my doctor just decided to treat me like a addict it’s so frustrating 🫩

So it’s back to looking for something to treat my anxiety mostly cause I think my antidepressants were just making me feel 10x worse than not having it and my doctor refused to prescribe me something stronger 🤷

Most of my depression comes from pain anyway I need a pain specialist to help me 🫩

I just had to stop taking my really effective antidepressants cause it would just make me so sick and reject it after a bit which idk why I was fine before it just happen one day I was taking like dissolvable pills but it was making me worse mentally so I had to quit that

I wish my medicine I take sometime for my like spasms didn’t taste so awful I have to crush it up and put it in a drink cause my body will literally reject it if I take the pill it isn’t psychological or anything my stomach just hates me probably have a ulcer from years of taking meds or stress

Oh definitely everything is lit by fire or lanterns much less light pollution than like modern lights basically everywhere on all the time at night I can imagine you can see a lot more of the stars ✨

Just thinking if light pollution isn’t very bad in hisui I can just imagine Volo and my character laying on a blanket or something and just staring at the sky full of stars in full view which is something my character has never really seen before Volo would chuckle at their fascination
