Hi! We don’t do case work via social media. Please email [email protected] so we can support you.
Love this 💐💖 Hamilton has Everyone Rides Initiative with Adaptive Bike share model. www.everyonerides.org/adaptive

When it comes to the safety of children and other vulnerable road users, we need every measure we can implement. I remember those who have died on our roads. I think of the children critically injured. Evidence, facts and lived experience ought to guide policy decisions, not an angry mob!
If a pedestrian is hit by a driver going 30km/hr, they have a 90% chance of survival. Go to 50km/hr your chances plummet to 20%. 60 km/hr and you are down to zero! ASEs are proven to be effective in slowing drivers and getting compliance on speed limits.
While the Premier says “Ban”, the City of Hamilton says “Expand”! Today Public Works Cmtee supported my motion to report back on how to expand Automated Speed Enforcement in Hamilton. And if the Prov doesn’t want to work with cities, we’ll send the bill for reimbursement! #OnPoli #SaferStreets
After a long hiatus from this platform, I’m making a slow return. Be patient though, I have strict social media use protocols to ensure I stay plugged into real life versus screen life!

U.S. tariffs on imported steel and aluminum are already impacting communities across Canada, especially in Quebec and Ontario. Today’s doubling of these tariffs to 50% will simply be devastating.
Rural communities across Canada are key to economic growth, but they are at a crossroads on the path to prosperity. Panelists this morning stress the needs and solutions for a dynamic and prosperous plan that build rural Canada sustainably. #FCM2025AC
Mayor LaToya Cantrell nails it this morning on the US & Canadian Mayor’s Panel on collaboration in the face of tariffs - it isn’t just our economies that are intertwined…we must fight for the way our cultures and people thrive together! #FCM2025AC @fcm.ca
Way to go @edmontonoilers.bsky.social!!! Such a blast to watch the game with @fcm.ca #FCM2025AC colleagues last night, including Mayor @amarjeetsohiyeg.bsky.social 🏒
Fantastic session this afternoon at #FCM2025AC on Equipping Municipal Leaders to Combat Mis/Disinformation. Standing room engagement shows how much this impacts our local democracies. @fcm.ca
Looking forward to connecting with my #MuniciPALS from across Canada in Ottawa for @fcm.ca ACM2025. We are #StrongerTogether #FCM2025AC

This sexual-predatory behaviour leveraging housing is despicable! The video clip in this story shows a Hamilton based ad. I agree w/ my Brampton colleague Clr Santos that we need strict enforcement. She also advocated for Rental Licensing to ensure only bonafide landlords can offer rental housing.
All Hamiltonians deserve to know where the sticky soot substance is coming from and what it contains. No one, in any postal code, in our city should be expected to endure out-of-date provincial standards, avoid going outside, or experience ill health as a result.
Officially opened CHH’s newest 55-unit affordable housing building. It represents the best of what cities can do to address the housing crisis. #PassiveHouse standard family and single units replace an under-utilized municipal parking lot with #BikeShare & #Communoauto memberships for residents.
Appalling that #HamOnt Councillors who voted unanimously to support the Safe Apartment Program in Hamilton are now moving to indefinitely defer it. To our residents who rent, contact your councillor and ensure they know you are watching this #fickleflipflop.
To be clear, at no point have I ever commented on the mental health of the deceased, incl in this process. That is your false interpretation from reading the IC’s correspondence and I would ask you to retract the assertion with respect to the deceased.

Transparency and integrity are both essential.
Hmmm. Thanks for pointing that out, Andrew. Looks like I was misquoted in the report. I’ll take it up with the Integrity Commissioner directly.
