Agreed. Everyone who had difference of opinion with mandates by Government were banned in Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc, just for their opinions. Their writings on Covid origin, vaccine preventing transmission, reinfection, side effects were called by Govt as disinformation
Imagine 5 Dem Senators standing up to Biden in 2022, when White House lied that Afghanistan withdrawal was a success, border was secure, inflation was transitory, Biden is fit serve 4 more years etc. If Dems had been brave then, Kamala will be in White House and Trump will be in prison.

Any changes to ACA require filibuster proof majority. Last president to have that was Obama. Only legislative change to ACA was the extra subsidy in 2021, which didn't require 60 votes to pass. Obamacare is still the law of the land. Now Democrats have started screaming how bad Obamacare rates are.
