Find that phrasing somewhat unsettling. More than efficiency; looks more like centralising control when you get into the press release.

It's beginning to seem that the real story on dual market access is that two sets of separate, and often conflicting, regulations have frictionless access to Northern Ireland. Which is disastrous. Someone needs to step up & counter this stuff. substack.com/profile/3259...
