At this week's Fulton County Schools "State of the School" address, North Springs student Treasure Omorodion represented us beautifully when she spoke about integrity.
She challenged everyone "to be caring, to be kind, and to be consistent, embodying integrity in all that you do-be the light.”
North Springs really showed out at the Sandy Springs Education Force Lightning 5K/10K over the weekend! We won the Spirit Cup for having the largest public school team.

Exciting news! North Springs is expanding its STEAM Magnet and Creative Arts Conservatory and formally launching the Accelerated Career Diploma (ACD) in partnership with Gwinnett Technical College.

A huge congratulations to the Advanced Drama class for winning First Place in the Region 5-4A GHSA One-Act Competition with their fall production of "The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon!" The team will represent North Springs at State in a few weeks to compete for the 4A State Title!

The North Springs AP Government class was the beneficiary of a generous grant from the National Center for Civil and Human Rights and received a trunk full of primary and secondary sources featuring the media’s role in the Civil Rights Movement. Thanks to Ms. Kaminsky, AP Government teacher.

AP Biology students put science to the test yesterday with an enzyme lab investigating whether Lactaid really works in the stomach’s acidic environment. AP Biology is one of 26 AP classes offered to all students in North Springs and to STEAM magnet participants.

Since April 2021, Art in the Commons has brought student music every month, inspired by NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts. On Friday, Oct 31, we’re celebrating Halloween with a special themed performance — costumes encouraged, spooky tunes included! This marks 4.5 years of Art in the Commons!
