Kids can travel FREE on buses once again during the school holidays 🚌

The offer starts tomorrow (Saturday 20 December) and finishes on Sunday 4 January 2026. It's for kids aged five to 15 years old. Just by hop on board - no bus pass or registration needed 👍

Following the tragic death of a nine year old girl in Weston, we've issued a statement from Cllr Catherine Gibbons, our Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Children’s Services & Families.

Works to create a new, small transport hub at Weston General Hospital have been completed 🚌 ✅

The new hub offers a new bus shelter with a living green roof, an improved waiting area with seating and an e-ink display showing real-time updates and timetables.

Two local play areas have been officially transferred to Yatton Parish Council, marking the first milestone in our local devolution journey 📢
